Thank you for stopping by my website. Let me take a minute to introduce myself to you. I was born and raised in the Columbia area, lived in Irmo and eventually settled in Chapin with my husband of fourteen years and our two children. After graduating from The University of South Carolina in 1988, I began my career in Real Estate with Leo Eisenberg managing shopping centers across the Southeast. My career path then took me to work with Ben Arnold Real Estate Investment and Tax Firm. Here I specialized in commercial and residential appraisal and investment consulting. When my husband and I married in 1995, we moved to Tucson, Arizona where he was a military pilot. I continued to pursue my Real Estate career in residential sales & appraisal while adding mortgage origination to the list of job duties. We relocated back to Chapin/Lake Murray in 1998. Here I continued with investment consulting and tax appraisal for various commercial clients from the South Carolina area and also sold residential homes for The Correll Company. In 2006, I joined RE/MAX where my career flourished. Joining this team of professionals was the best career move I could have made as it has enabled me to use my wide range of experience in conjunction with the technological tools and international branding of RE/MAX. So much so, that on October 2008, I was presented with an opportunity to partner with two other very successful local agents to purchase the RE/MAX franchise in our area. This venture has been very rewarding both professionally and personally. My career path allows me to bring a tremendous amount of professional experience to my clients in the areas of; contract implementation, negotiation and fulfillment according to the laws and practices in South Carolina. My mortgage and appraisal experience allow great insight into the necessary knowledge and details imperative for a buyer or seller to consider when making the decision of a home purchase or sale. Familiarity with the area allows me to help guide clients in the direction they choose with the respect to churches, schools, traffic patterns, employment opportunities, neighborhood knowledge, and other very important factors in choosing a lifestyle and home. |
